These Terms of Service govern your use of Consult Cure's tele-consultation platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1️⃣ Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Consult Cure's platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Consult Cure. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Tele-consultation Services
Consult Cure provides tele-consultation services that connect patients with licensed healthcare professionals through our secure digital platform. Our services include:
- Video consultations with licensed physicians
- Medical advice and treatment recommendations
- Electronic prescriptions (where legally permitted)
- Follow-up care and monitoring
- Secure messaging with healthcare providers
Service Limitations
Important: Our services are NOT intended for emergency medical situations or urgent care needs.
Consult Cure's tele-consultation services have certain limitations and are not suitable for all medical conditions. Our services cannot replace in-person medical examinations when physical examination is necessary for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Conditions that typically require in-person evaluation include but are not limited to: severe injuries, surgical emergencies, complex diagnostic procedures, and situations requiring physical examination or laboratory tests.
3️⃣ Medical Disclaimers
Emergency Services
MEDICAL EMERGENCY
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, DO NOT use this platform. Instead:
- • Call 911 immediately
- • Go to your nearest emergency room
- • Contact your local emergency services
Examples of medical emergencies include but are not limited to: chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, severe allergic reactions, stroke symptoms, or any condition that you believe requires immediate medical attention.
Doctor-Patient Relationship
Consultations through our platform establish a limited doctor-patient relationship for the specific consultation session. This relationship is subject to the following conditions:
- The relationship is limited to the scope of the tele-consultation consultation
- Healthcare providers are licensed and practicing within their jurisdiction
- Providers may decline to treat conditions outside their expertise
- Ongoing care may require in-person follow-up with your primary care physician
Medical Advice Disclaimer
The information and advice provided through our platform are for informational and educational purposes. While our healthcare providers are licensed professionals, tele-consultation consultations have inherent limitations. Always follow up with your primary care physician for ongoing health management and seek in-person care when recommended.
4️⃣ User Responsibilities
Account Information
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your account, including:
- Personal contact information
- Medical history and allergies
- Current medications
- Insurance information
During Consultations
You Must:
- • Provide honest and complete information
- • Be in a private, quiet location
- • Have stable internet connection
- • Follow prescribed treatments
You Must Not:
- • Record consultations without consent
- • Share account credentials
- • Misrepresent your identity
- • Use services for illegal purposes
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5️⃣ Payment and Billing
Consultation Fees
All fees are clearly displayed before booking and must be paid at the time of scheduling. Payment is processed securely through our encrypted payment system. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards where applicable.
Refund Policy
Full Refund Available:
- • Cancellation more than 24 hours before appointment
- • Technical issues preventing consultation (our fault)
- • Provider cancellation or no-show
Partial Refund (50%):
- • Cancellation 2-24 hours before appointment
- • Technical issues on patient side preventing consultation
No Refund:
- • Cancellation less than 2 hours before appointment
- • Patient no-show
- • Consultation completed as scheduled
Insurance Coverage
We are working to expand insurance coverage for our tele-consultation services. Currently:
- HSA and FSA cards are accepted for payment
- Detailed receipts provided for insurance reimbursement
- Direct billing available for select insurance plans
6️⃣ Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy and the security of your health information are our top priorities. Our platform is fully HIPAA compliant and employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Technical failures or interruptions in service
- Misdiagnosis due to limitations of tele-consultation
- Failure to follow medical advice or treatment plans
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific consultation in question, or $500, whichever is less.
Professional Liability
Healthcare providers on our platform maintain their own professional liability insurance. Claims related to medical malpractice should be directed to the individual healthcare provider and their insurance carrier.
8️⃣ Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Healthcare services are provided in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including tele-consultation licensing requirements.
Dispute Resolution
1. Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any disputes informally.
2. Mediation
If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
3. Arbitration
Any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9️⃣ Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will:

- • Email notification to registered users
- • In-app notification upon login
- • Updated "Last Modified" date
- • 30-day notice for material changes
Your Options
- • Review changes before they take effect
- • Contact us with questions or concerns
- • Discontinue service if you disagree
- • Continued use implies acceptance
